I just want to share my experience with PNC learning. If I were to sum it up, they are exceptional and very well organized and extremely knowledgeable! From the first second that I signed up, I received all my credentials and login materials and was able to hit the ground. Now, the main thing that makes PNC truly stand out aside from their knowledge and how they have created the course, it is the people who run it as well as all the backend stuff that is dealt with by the tutors and anyone else who is invovled. I had the pleasure to be tutored/ guided by Gloryvel and honestly, she is beyond exceptional and I mean that wholeheartedly! She never ceases to amaze me with how she responded to ANY questions you ask and she goes ABOVE AND BEYOND when it comes to not only answering your questions but actually explainig it and making sure you understand by various examples. You can tell when someone is there just to "teach" and someone who actually has a passion and understands that not everything is memorization but rather understanding. If you're fully new to Insurance (Like me), you HAVE to AND MUST UNDERSTAND the materials which is exactly what she did for me throughout my time. I literally took screenshots of her answers and went back on them multiple-times just to refresh my memory which solidified the materials. PNC team & Gloryvel, I just want to say thank you for your help throught out my RIBO Level 1 jounrney which started around 1.5 months ago. Without you guys, I wouldn't have made it. Keep being you and keep on bettering (which you already are but you know what I mean ;). Have a great day and who knows, I might be back for other licenses :)

Jacques has worked in education since 2009 and has been in the insurance industry since 2013.  In 2015, he won an Insurance Brokers Association award for academic excellence after scoring 97% in CAIB 3 and again in 2019 for scoring 96% in CAIB 4.

He has adapted his own study materials, blended it with his educational background and brings his ability to simplify complex ideas to students through these online courses.
