  • What is the PNC Learning bug bounty program?
    • The way it works is simple: if you spot an error in our course materials, let us know.  We'll fix it and give you some kind of reward for it as a thank you from us.

  • What kind of rewards can I get?
    • It really depends on the nature of the error you discover.  I can't promise anything huge but it can range from a firm virtual handshake, a thank you note, a small cash reward, maybe a gift-card, or a discount on future course enrollments (especially for the CE course package).  Either way, if you helped us out by pointing out a mistake, we'll reciprocate in kind and make sure we thank you appropriately.

  • How do I report a bug?
    • You can send us an email or use the contact page.  Be sure to include [BUG] somewhere in the title (ideally near the front).
