Wikipedia says that a bug bounty program is a deal offered by websites and software developers where individuals can receive recognition and compensation for reporting bugs. Many companies like Google, Facebook, Yahoo!, and Microsoft use bug bounty programs.
What is the PNC Learning bug bounty program?
The way it works is simple: if you spot an error in our course materials, let us know. We'll fix it and give you some kind of reward for it as a thank you from us.
What kind of rewards can I get?
It really depends on the nature of the error you discover. I can't promise anything huge but it can range from a firm virtual handshake, a thank you note, a small cash reward, maybe a gift-card, or a discount on future course enrollments (especially for the CE course package). Either way, if you helped us out by pointing out a mistake, we'll reciprocate in kind and make sure we thank you appropriately.
How do I report a bug?
You can send us an email or use the contact page. Be sure to include [BUG] somewhere in the title (ideally near the front).
